The Light Department presented incomplete information to the Standing Committee in the proposal and the Standing Committee authorized the Commissioner to take the decision. In that way, an option was presented whether to proceed to complete the rest of the work. Rajan Patel, chairman of the standing committee, said that it has already come to know that tenders have been issued for this work by the department. This has not been presented anywhere in the proposal. Apart from this, whether to work in this way or not, Mun. Commissioner has been authorized. Apart from this, the agreement entered into before paying the due amount. It has been decided that it is necessary to give a strong legal opinion.
