Vadodara Corporation beat disease not cleanliness: Included in the 17 metros of the country with the highest number of dengue cases

In Vadodara city, on one hand, the epidemic is increasing by leaps and bounds, while on the other hand, the municipal system has been claiming to be sub safe. Among these, Vadodara Corporation has also been included in the 17 cities with the highest number of dengue cases in the country by the Health Department. The cities with the highest number of dengue cases in the country include Ahmedabad and Surat in addition to Vadodara in Gujarat. Mosquito borne diseases are increasing in monsoon season. The wave of dengue has caused great havoc across the country. Meanwhile, the health department of the central government has started a review of dengue cases. In which a list of 17 cities with the highest number of cases has been prepared. In which Vadodara Corporation has also come. Other corporations in Gujarat include Ahmedabad and Surat.


According to the sources, there are 17 cities. These include MCD, NDMC in Delhi, Bengaluru in Karnataka, Greater Mumbai, Pune, Nashik, Nagpur and Thane in Maharashtra, Jaipur in Rajasthan, Chennai in Tamil Nadu, Hyderabad in Telangana, Lucknow and Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh and Kolkata in West Bengal. Now the Vadodara Corporation has to take immediate and effective action to prevent dengue outbreak in the city. Then the corporation which could not bring number in top 10 in cleanliness has made its place in top 20 in illness!
Malaria cases increased in riverside areas after the flood waters receded :
Along with mosquito-borne disease, water-borne disease is also increasing in the city. Significant cases of malaria are on the rise in the riverside areas after the monsoon created a flood-like situation in the Vishwamitri river in the city in the past few days. Besides, a number of cases of diarrhea are being reported in the belt up to Navyard D Cabin and Chhani TP 13. Children have also come under the grip of the disease here.
