In Bihar, Union Minister Chirag Paswan’s car was issued an automatic challan at a toll plaza due to over speeding. There has been an uproar in the transport department after the Union Minister’s car challan was announced. However, the RTO said that if any defect is found in the vehicle documents or in case of over speeding, the memo will be automatically triggered. The transport department in Bihar has launched an automatic e-detection system from August 8 to enforce traffic rules and fines, which will automatically deduct traffic violators. In this new system, the latest cameras have been installed on many national highways in Bihar, these cameras take pictures of the vehicle’s number plate and send a challan to the vehicle owner’s registered mobile indicating whether the vehicle is over speeding, insurance, PUC or not. is The district transport officer said that this is an e-detection system. It has been decided by the government that this system should be installed at toll plazas. So if the vehicle is not driven properly, or the vehicle papers are not in order, the seat belt is not worn, then a challan is sent to the registered number of the vehicle owner.

Police hit Chirag Paswan with a memo:
As soon as this new system started in Bihar, Union Minister Chirag Paswan also got stuck while going from Hajipur to Champaran and was caught over speeding on the National Highway and the department sent Chirag Paswan an overspeeding challan on his mobile. So they have to pay a fine of two thousand rupees.
