The story of the Gujarati film ‘Jalebi Rocks’, which is releasing on June 27th, is about every woman in the form of a mother, sister, wife and daughter, whose likes and dislikes, hobbies and dreams after a certain age are not thought about by anyone. The film talks about how a girl who dreamed of flying in the sky in her youth becomes a woman and ends up stuck between the four corners.
On the auspicious occasion of Ashadhi Bij on June 27, along with the Nagar Yatra of Lord Jagannath, the life journey of the ‘Vidya Pathak’ of the upcoming Gujarati film ‘Jalebi Rocks’ is also going to begin. Director Chinmay Purohit, who has previously given beautiful films like ‘Oxygen’ and ‘Vaar Bhatiyar’ to Gujarati cinema, has again come up with a new story, namely ‘Jalebi Rocks’.

Played by Vandana Pathak. Who has a happy life. Yet she feels that something is missing.
After a certain age, due to the irritability and anger that comes in nature, all the family members prefer to stay away from Vidya. She talks in conversations and finds fault with her in everything. But no one can understand her mind. Therefore, Vidya sets out far from all of them in search of the old Vidya Pathak. Where she has her own name and identity. A dialogue comes in the trailer that says, ‘Even if there is only one day left in life, you have to live it.’ In this film that teaches us to live, the main cast of this film, apart from Vandana Pathak, is Manav Gohil, Manasi Rachchh, Nimish Diliparai, Deepak Ghiwala and Gaurav Paswala. Other cast members include Bhavini Jaani, Morli Patel and Harsh Usadiya, Jiya Bhatt, Bansi Rajput and Kaushambi Bhatt. Music is by Vinay Kapadia. Cinematographer is Shakeel B. Khan.
With the film’s release just a few days away, the team of ‘Jalebi Rocks’ reached Ahmedabad for promotion. Where they organized a special program at T-Post and honored famous women working in various fields of Ahmedabad city by giving them mementos. The film is scheduled to release in theaters on June 27th.
