Early morning Fortuner was coming towards Bhopal from Vaishnodevi. Om Prakash alias Pappu (Rajasthan) and Rajuram Bishnoi (Rajasthan) were riding in this Fortuner. When Thar was coming from Bhopal Bridge. Ajit Kathi and Manish Bhatt were riding in this Thar. Meanwhile, Thar was going to take a turn towards Rajpath Club Road i.e. on the right side when the Fortuner coming from that side hit. In which Manish Bhatt, Ajit Kathi and Om Prakash died. While Raju Ram Bishnoi is undergoing treatment. It is worth mentioning that Fortuner was full of alcohol.
Three people died in the accident, while one person was injured, who was shifted to Sola Civil Hospital for treatment. A liquor-laden vehicle collided with another vehicle, killing one person in the liquor-laden vehicle and two persons in the opposite vehicle. The traffic police have reached the spot and started investigation. According to the information received from police sources, the speed of Fortuner was 150 to 200. However, it is known that the car collided at a speed of 200. The speedometer of the car appears to be stopped at 200. Evidence is being collected by FSL. Tire mark may not be found due to rain. In the police investigation, it has been revealed that the CCTV cameras in the surrounding areas where the incident took place are off.
Safety feature The vehicle’s air bags deployed but the three did not survive
