A car in the convoy of former Jharkhand Chief Minister Champai Soran has met with a serious accident, in which jawan Vinay Bansingh, who was driving the car, was killed due to a collision with an unknown vehicle, while five jawans were injured. The former chief minister has expressed his grief as soon as the accident was reported. According to the reports received, the jawan in the escort car was returning to the police line after leaving his residence Jilinggoda, Minister Champai Soren. Meanwhile, an unidentified vehicle rammed into his escort car near Mudia village yesterday, killing the jawan. Five other jawans were also injured in the accident which took place at 2 o’clock in the late night. Immediately after the grisly accident took place, local people rushed to the spot and informed the police. Saraikela police reached the spot and shifted all the injured to Sadar Hospital for treatment, where they have been referred to Jamshedpur after treatment. A jawan driving an Escort car has died in this gruesome accident. Champai Soren had reached Kolkata from Delhi in a flight on Tuesday night. Then they went to Saraikela in Jharkhand by car. Champai, who was riding in an escort vehicle, went to drop Soren at his residence. Then when the jawans were coming towards the police line from there, an accident took place on the road. Currently, the police have registered a case against the unknown vehicle driver and are investigating.
