Rajbha Gadhvi Statement Controversy: Well-known Gujarati folk artist Rajbha Gadhvi made a controversial comment for Dang forests while talking about Gir in a Lokdira. After this statement of Rajbha, the people of Dang-Ahwa including Dang royal Dhanrajsingh Suryavanshi, AAP MLA Chaitar Vasava, Valsad-Dang MP Dhaval Patel and social workers of Dang have protested Rajbha Gadhvi’s statement. Anger has spread among the tribal community of Dang-Ahwa. In some places the effigy of Rajbha has been burnt. Folkloric artist Rajbha Gadvi, who has been in the midst of controversy after his controversial comment on Dang forests, has apologized by making a video. Rajbha Gadhvi said, ‘I have spoken many good things about tribal brothers. Especially the tribal brothers see rightly. However, I am very saddened to know that my speech has hurt me. I did not talk about caste. My statement was not about the citizens of Dang. Tribals maintain our culture. No one spoke to hurt society. Talked to me while talking about the area.
