‘Kaanta Laga Girl’, Shefali Jariwala died on June 27 in Mumbai at the age of 42. According to initial reports, the actress was rushed to Bellevue Multispeciality Hospital by her husband Parag Tyagi and three others after she suffered a cardiac arrest. Doctors declared her dead here. Now a new revelation has come in this case. According to sources, the initial postmortem report has revealed the real cause of death. In the postmortem, a rapid drop in blood pressure and a heart attack are being attributed as the cause of death.

Police said that Shefali had fasted to worship Satyanarayan. Her husband Parag Tyagi told the police that she suddenly collapsed after eating stale food prepared the day before. The police have recorded the statements of a total of 14 people, including the actress’s husband and family. Apart from this, the police also found two boxes of anti-aging (to look young) medicines, vitamins and skin-glowing medicines from the actress’s room. Shefali was given this medicine on the advice of a doctor years ago and since then she had been taking this treatment every month, although according to HT reports, Shefali’s family said that she was taking the medicines without consulting a doctor, but she never had any problems.

Shefali’s postmortem was done at Cooper Hospital. According to a report by NDTV, officials have confirmed that the postmortem report is being prepared by a team of 5 doctors and its initial report is likely to come today.

Born in a Gujarati family and studying IT engineering in Anand, Shefali’s 2002 remix song ‘Kaanta Laga…’ created a sensation, which made her an overnight star. After the success of ‘Kaanta Laga…’, Shefali also tried her luck in Bollywood films. She played a small role in the 2004 film ‘Mujse Shaadi Karogi’, which had stars like Salman Khan and Akshay Kumar. Apart from this, she worked in many music videos and television shows. She was also seen in the 13th season of the reality show ‘Bigg Boss’.
