Ahmedabad: A hostel for foreign students studying in Indus University in Ranchkada village of Kalol taluk of Gandhinagar is located in Neelkanth Society near Bhopal railway station. A complaint has been registered in Bhopal police station that International Director Mridang Dave, who lives there, molested a foreign girl. The girl has alleged in the complaint that the students were being harassed by the international director of the university for a long time. Bhopal police has started investigation in this whole matter.
The details of this entire incident are that a 21-year-old girl, a citizen of a South African country, is studying at Indus University in Rancharda. The university has kept a hostel in Neelkanth Society near Bhopal railway station for this girl and other foreign students. To help these students, the university appointed Mudang Dave as International Director. Mudang Dave lived in this hostel. On 11th September last at 6:30 in the evening, the victim student went to the ground floor of the hostel to have lunch. Then Mudang Dave caught her and molested her. So the girl got scared and rushed him to the room. Even then, Mudang Dave came after her and molested her again. However, the girl went to her room.
The next day, Mudang Dave threatened the girl with regard to the incident of the evening that he would kill her if she told anyone about it. So the girl was scared and even then Mudang Dave was giving her dirty looks. After calling her brother and informing about this, the girl filed a complaint at the Bhopal police station. The girl has alleged in the complaint that International Director Mudang Dave tried to molest another girl. Bhopal police has registered a case of extortion and threats and taken legal action in this regard.
