In Sikkim, four soldiers have been martyred when an Indian Army vehicle plunged into a 300 feet deep valley. At present, a team of the army and the local administration is conducting a rescue operation at the spot and efforts are being made to retrieve the body of the jawan from the valley. Regarding the incident, an Indian Army official said that the Indian Army truck was going to Juluk in Sikkim via Silk Route from Padong in West Bengal. Meanwhile, the truck is stuck in a 300 feet deep valley in Sikkim’s Pakyong district. Four army personnel have been martyred in this incident. It is said that the accident happened because the speed of the truck was high.
