A yellow heat alert has been issued in the coastal areas today. Meteorological Department Director Dr. A. K. Das said that after the next 24 hours, the maximum temperature of the state will decrease by two to three degrees Celsius. After that, there will be a decrease of two to three degrees Celsius. The main reason for this is that a cyclonic circulation has formed over parts of western Rajasthan. Due to which the people of Gujarat are likely to get partial relief from the heat. Gujarat has been experiencing scorching heat for the last one week.
