This governmental institution plays a crucial role in collecting, analyzing and disseminating statistical and economic data that guide policy decisions across various sectors such as agriculture, industry, trade and finance. The Directorate’s work supports data-driven governance by providing accurate information, maintaining data repositories and conducting surveys that inform state and national policymakers.
