Vadodara : The investigation train of banned drugs seized in Madhya Pradesh has reached Vadodara via Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar. The Narcotics Control Bureau and the police conducted a joint raid and seized a large quantity of syrup and tablets and arrested one person. The Narcotics Control Bureau of Delhi and the Madhya Pradesh Police raided the Chlorophylls Biotech Company of Madhya Pradesh, which produces codeine syrup available by doctor’s prescription, and seized a large quantity of banned drugs. The investigation of this case reached Ahmedabad and Bhavnagar. In which one person was arrested by NCB from both the cities and a quantity of two and a half lakh tablets was seized from Ahmedabad two days ago. Following the details that the godown of MP’s company is located on Ghikata Road in Raopura area of ​​Vadodara, the NCB kept a team of police and food and drugs department together. The raid was carried out last night. Police seized 850 bottles of codeine syrup and 15,300 tablets of Tramadol from the godown. The team has detained one person and interrogated him.
