Fake information of bomb in plane: Another case of threat of bomb in plane has come up. This time, the information of a bomb in Delhi-Bangalore flight of Akasa has come to light. Immediately after receiving this information, the flight going to Bengaluru made an emergency landing in Delhi.

Police arrive at home of fake informant

Mumbai Police reached Chhattisgarh’s Rajnandgaon district and interrogated a minor, his father and several others following rumors of bombs on Air India and IndiGo Airlines planes. Bomb threats were made on Air India’s Mumbai to New York and IndiGo’s Mumbai to Muscat and Mumbai to Jeddah flights on Monday, referring to IndiGo’s flight number 6E, flight number 1275 (Mumbai to Muscat) and flight number 6E-57 (Mumbai to Jeddah), police officials said. , and informed that Air India flight number AI 119 (Mumbai to New York) contained six kilograms of RDX and six terrorists.

What is the punishment for fake calls and threats?

Making bomb threats and making fake calls are legal offences. A person making a false threat or spreading a rumor in this type of case can be jailed for up to 10 years. Along with this, a heavy fine has to be paid in such cases. Also if the offense is more serious and the offender is found guilty then a case can be registered under UAPA.

Cannot travel by flight for 5 years

Cases of fake bomb threats on planes are on the rise. According to the sources, looking at such matters, Civil Aviation Security Bureau DG Zulfikar Hasan has given this information by taking a big decision. If found guilty, such persons will not be allowed to travel in any aircraft for the next five years. Besides, such criminals will also be included in the no-fly list. That means the accused will not be able to travel on any flight for the next five years.
