BJP’s victory in Delhi after 27 years: Kejriwal-Sisodia lost, Atishi won; Amit Shah said – End of the rule of lies

The results of the Delhi assembly elections have shown the victory of BJP with a huge majority. Aam Aadmi Party has suffered a crushing defeat. AAP President Arvind Kejriwal, while Manish Sisodia from Jangpura have lost the election battle. Congress has not been able to open its account this time too. BJP has won in Delhi for the first time since 1993. Arvind Kejriwal was ruling in Delhi since 2013. Out of the total 70 seats of the Delhi Assembly, the counting rounds have been completed in 34 seats. In which BJP has won 22 seats. While Aam Aadmi Party has won 12 seats. Congress has remained at zero for the third time. BJP is coming to power once again in Delhi after 27 years. According to the Election Commission, BJP has won 4 seats and is leading in 44 seats, i.e. it has a total of 48 seats. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has also won 2 seats and is leading in 20 seats, i.e. it has a total of 22 seats. While Congress has not got a single seat for the third consecutive time. In this change, AAP’s Arvind Kejriwal has lost the election from New Delhi and Sisodia from Jangpura seat. So Chief Minister Atishi has won the election from Kalkaji seat. Satyendra Jain has also lost the election. Meanwhile, BJP candidate Parvesh Verma, who defeated Kejriwal, has reached Amit Shah. Celebrations are going on at BJP headquarters in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will reach the party headquarters at 7 pm and address the workers. BJP increased its vote share by more than 9% compared to the last election (2020). At the same time, AAP has lost more than 10%. Even though Congress did not get a single seat, it managed to increase its vote share by 2%. BJP has increased its seats by 40 compared to the last election (2020). At the same time, AAP has lost 40 seats. Congress could not open its account this time too. They could not win a single seat for the third consecutive time.
