The Ahmedabad Crime Branch was making continuous efforts to arrest the accused in the sensational case of wrong angiography and angioplasty of innocent patients at Ahmedabad’s Khyati Hospital and the death of two persons. Meanwhile, the Ahmedabad Crime Branch has arrested Khyati Hospital CEO Chirag Rajput, Rahul Jain, Milind Patel, Pankil Patel and Pratik Bhatt. At that time, the Crime Branch received special intelligence that the accused had switched off their mobile phones and were in contact through social media with new mobile phones. At that time, information was received that two accused had been arrested from Udaipur and one accused from Kheda. The accused in this case, Rahul Jain and Milind, have been arrested from Udaipur, while the accused named Chirag Rajput has been arrested from Kheda. Chirag Rajput is the CEO of the hospital. Apart from this, Pankil Patel and Pratik Bhatt have been arrested. A total of 5 accused have been arrested.

Dr. Prashant Vajrani’s 11-day remand completes:

After the 11-day remand of Dr. Prashant Vajrani, the accused of Khyati Hospital, arrested in the Khyati scandal case, has been completed, the Ahmedabad Rural Court ordered to send the accused Dr. Vajrani to Sabarmati Jail, i.e., judicial custody. The court sent the accused doctor to Sabarmati Jail as the Crime Branch did not want a longer remand.

Dr. Sanjay Mulji Patoliya applies for anticipatory bail:

The accused director of a multispecialty hospital, Dr. Sanjay Mulji Patoliya, who is absconding in the scam of performing angiography and angioplasty on innocent patients despite there being no need, just in the lure of earning money, has filed an anticipatory bail application in the Ahmedabad Rural Court. In the hearing of which, on Monday, Judge K.M. Sojitra issued a notice to the Crime Branch investigating officer and fixed the further hearing of the case for November 28.
