Pakistan’s Arshad Nadeem created history by winning the gold medal in the men’s javelin throw event at the Paris Olympics 2024. Arshad gave Pakistan a medal in Olympics after 40 years. So Arshad became a star in Pakistan overnight. Arshad is showered with gifts and money from all four. But the gift given to Arshad by his father-in-law remains the most talked about. After winning the gold medal, Arshad’s father-in-law gave him a special gift. In fact, Arshad Nadeem’s father-in-law Mohammad Nawaz gifted him a buffalo. His gift is being discussed a lot on social media. Arshad then talked about the buffalo given by his father-in-law in an interview and said, ‘My wife said that my father gave you a buffalo as a gift. I said they could have given me 5-6 acres. However, buffalo is also good.’ This video of Arshad is going viral on social media. Arshad and his wife were also seen in this video.

Giving a gift to a buffalo is a matter of honor:

Arshad’s father-in-law Mohammad Nawaz said about giving a buffalo gift to Arshad after winning the gold medal, ‘Arshad is very much connected to the countryside. It is considered a matter of honor to give a gift to a buffalo in the village.’ Let us tell you that Arshad Nadeem won gold medal in 92.97 meters javelin throw in Paris Olympics. Along with this, Arshad also created a new record in the Olympics. Arshad also surpassed India’s Neeraj Chopra. Neeraj won a silver medal in this event.
