With the start of the Prayagraj Mahakumbh, 7 crore people have taken a dip in the last 4 days. According to the planetary positions, this year’s Muhurat has come after 144 years. A crowd of people from the country and the world had gathered to take a dip in this Amrit Muhurat. According to an estimate, 50 crore people are likely to take a dip by the end of the Kumbh Mela. The organization of the Mahakumbh is not limited to just bathing, it is also associated with religious and spiritual consciousness. It is the largest human fair held in a public place in the world. The Mahakumbh, which began on January 13, the day of Poshi Purnima, is expected to last for one and a half months. Although the entire Kumbh Mela is sacred, bathing on some special dates has great glory. This time there are a total of 6 special dates. With the beginning of the Kumbh, one and a half crore pilgrims took bath on the first day and three and a half crore on January 14, Makar Sankranti. Since then, the number of devotees coming to the Mahakumbh every day has been more than one crore, so it is likely that more than 50 crore devotees will witness the Kumbh Mela. The number of devotees and seekers coming to the Mahakumbh is around one and a half lakh. Pandals of all the four Shankaracharya Peethas, all the akharas and main saints have been set up. There are more than five hundred pandals where discourses are held every day. Approximately 15,000 sadhus are doing Kalpavas. The period of Kalpavas is one month. During this time, the seekers eat sattvic and balanced food. They are awakening their inner strength through continuous sadhana and regular daily routine. According to the science of yoga, if a person regulates his mind and focuses his energy on the Brahman Chakra of the body, then he can connect himself with the infinite energy of space by studying. According to the Mahakumbh tradition, the saints bathe first, and then the devotees take advantage of the bath. This is why spiritual seekers and saints experience extra energy after bathing. By bathing in this energetic water, people experience a general internal energy power. This is why people flock to the water after the bath of the akhada and saints. The entire period of Mahakumbh is considered the Amrit Kaal. Talking about special dates, now the Greeji Tithi is January 29. According to the Panchag, that day is Mauni Amavasya. On Mauni Amavasya, the saints will also bathe first at the Triveni Sangam. It is estimated that about 3 crore devotees can come to Prayagraj during Mauni Amavasya.

The last Amritsnan is to be held on Maha Shivratri:
Then on February 3 is the Vasant Panchami bath. According to mythology, this date is the manifestation festival of Saraswati, the goddess of knowledge. On this day too, the royal bath of saints will be held, in which other devotees will take a dip. After that, the Mah Purnima bath will be held on February 12. The Kalpavas of saints and seekers during the Maha Kumbh period began with Paush Purnima, which will end on the full moon of the month of Mah. After that, the last Amritsnan is to be held on Maha Shivratri, the date of which is February 26. Shivratri is the wedding date of Lord Shiva and Mother Parvati. On this day alone, the Maha Kumbh of faith will be completed.
