In reply, Bangalore Blasters also scored 164 runs. The match then went to a super over but possibly for the first time in cricket history three super overs were played in a single match. In an interesting encounter at the Chinnaswamy Stadium, Hubli Tigers won a very thrilling Maharaja T20 Trophy match at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru on Friday in which both the teams played by three wickets. The thrill lasted till the super over. Bengaluru Blasters managed just five runs out of six to defeat Hubli in regulation time with three wickets to spare. Ganeshwar Navi gave Blasters the lead with a four off the first ball of the 20th over but was dismissed on the second ball.
