Real estate firm Jaypee Infratech Limited today announced that it has received the Occupancy Certificate (OC) for five additional towers of its housing project, ‘Kensington Boulevard Apartments’. These five towers—1, 5, 6, 12, and 14—collectively comprise 423 units. With the receipt of the OC for these units, Jaypee Infratech has now received the OC for 31 towers comprising 3135 units in total, which is one fifth of the total delivery. Additionally, the company has applied for the OC for 11 more towers comprising 1078 units, and it expects approvals for these towers soon.
