
The sacred town of Ambaji is set for a week of devotion as Bhadarvi Purnima fair begins from Monday.Gujarat’s Ambaji Shaktipeeth will witness pilgrims from across the country, especially from Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh.More than 30 lakh devotees are expected to visit Ambaji this week. At present, processions of devotees are already being seen on roads leading to the temple. This year, due to a lunar eclipse on September 7, darshan will be closed after 5 pm.Preparations in AmbajiTheme-based lighting inspired by the divine form of Mataji has been installed across the holy town, creating a unified and majestic atmosphere throughout. The main temple has been beautifully decorated with flowers, while at night the glowing lights at Chachar Chowk will mesmerise devotees.
