The court has ordered the owner of a firm named Rishabh Metals in Dared area of Jamnagar to be sentenced to two years imprisonment in two cases and to pay a compensation of Rs. 5,50,000. Krishnakantbhai Anandbhai Ajudia (Patel), the proprietor of a firm running under the name of Rishabh Metals in Dared, GIDC, Jamnagar, when he needed money for business work, borrowed Rs. 2,50,000 from Lakhdhirsinh Nathubha Chudasama and Rs. 2,50,000 from Rajendrasinh Bhikhubha Jethwa, both of whom lived in Jamnagar. And he gave cheques to both the persons to repay the amount taken from both the people.
