Vadodara Rain Update : Dev Dam near Waghodia and also Narmada Dam are inundated due to continuous water inflow and the people of the villages along the banks of both the rivers have been alerted. In case of further flooding, it is urged to move to a safe place. Citizens of 36 villages of Vadodara district have been advised to be alert by the district administration as a result of the floods in Dhadhar river. Citizens have been appealed to not dare to cross the rivers when the water is high. Nawapura, Rajli, Anguthan, Thuvavi, Dholar, Karalipura, Bherampura, Kherda, Harsuda, Pingalwada, Manpur, Surwada, Sambhoi, Veerjai, Abhra, Umaj, Padra taluka, Vanchhara, Kotana, Shehra, Sadad of Padra taluka, in Dabhoi taluka on the bank of river Dhadhar. Villagers of Kothawada, Wasanaref, Nedra, Talsat, Chikhodra, Alhadpura, Dhaniavi, Shahpura, Raghavpura, Patarveni, Vaddala, Ajitpura, Por, Ramangamdi, Gosindra, Ooty Medhad of Vadodara taluk are advised to be cautious about floods.
