Vadodara Municipal Commissioner Dilip Rana has taken charge of HOD of Water Supply from Hawala CT Engineer Alpesh Majmudar. Dave has been ordered to hand over the responsibility. Besides, Prashant Joshi has been given the responsibility of North Zone Executive Engineer and Darshin Mehta has been given the responsibility of West Zone Executive Engineer. Bhargava Pandit and Hetal Rupapara have been entrusted with the responsibility of the road project. The woman engineer is a contractual employee of 11 months. His being given the additional charge of Executive Engineer has become a topic of discussion among other employees. Generally no charge is given to higher salary employees. Normally Deputy Engineers do not get any such charge. And if a Deputy Engineer is given the charge of Executive Engineer, other such Senior Deputy Engineers who have been on contractual duty for years are not given the charge of Executive Engineer.
