The Ahmedabad Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) organized a well-attended half-day seminar on the latest amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR). The event was held at the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), Ahmedabad and witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of over 500 Company Secretaries and corporate professionals, reflecting the immense significance and relevance of the subject in today’s dynamic regulatory landscape.

The seminar featured an eminent panel of faculty members who deliberated extensively on the recent amendments to the LODR Regulations. CS Manoj Hurkat, CS Puneet Bansal, and CS Dhaval Soni shared their in-depth knowledge and practical insights on the subject, covering both the regulatory framework and real-world compliance implications for listed entities. Their presentations were highly appreciated by the participants for their clarity, depth, and practical orientation.

CS Jaymeen Trivedi, Chairman of the Ahmedabad Chapter, warmly welcomed all the delegates and expressed his gratitude for the overwhelming response to the programme.
