
The Ahmedabad Chapter of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) organized a well-attended half-day seminar on the latest amendments to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (LODR). The event was held at the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA), Ahmedabad and witnessed an enthusiastic gathering of over 500 Company Secretaries and corporate professionals, reflecting the immense significance and relevance of the subject in today’s dynamic regulatory landscape.
The seminar featured an eminent panel of faculty members who deliberated extensively on the recent amendments to the LODR Regulations.
