Cyberworld.
“Cyber crimes and cyber threats are on the rise. In just the last few days, we have
witnessed email threats to educational institutions in several cities including New
Delhi and Ahmedabad. The need for robust cybersecurity measures and awareness
is now more critical than ever. The industry and academia have an important role to
play in preparing the next generation of professionals who can help tackle cyber
crimes and cyber threats,” Dr. Dhruv Pandit, who is recognised as India’s youngest
cybersecurity entrepreneur, said further.
It is noteworthy that Heritage Cyberworld established an Integrated Cybersecurity
Command Control Centre, the first of its kind centre in Gujarat, last year. Named
DRONA (Detection Response Organisation Network Analysis), the centre is a
cutting-edge facility that offers 30 focused services, revolutionising the cybersecurity
landscape in Gujarat and reinforcing Heritage Cyberworld’s commitment to
safeguarding organisations against cyber threats.
The Centre’s capabilities include Digital Forensics and Dark Web Expertise with
advanced capabilities. In the event of a cyber attack, it can decrypt encrypted data,
facilitating recovery and minimising potential damage. The Centre is also equipped
with a live cyber threat predictable system.
