Vaddodara News: Manjusar police have seized 139 mobiles worth Rs 18,91,287 without bills from various shops within the limits of Manjusar police station of Savli taluk in Vadodara and are taking action. According to the information received from the police sources, to stop the sale of expensive mobile phones without bills in the mobile shops in Manjusar Panthak, the police formed ten teams and raided the mobile shops in Manjusar and surrounding villages and seized 139 mobile phones worth Rs. 18,91,287 without bills. Police have arrested 8 shopkeepers. At present the police have taken action as per 41/1D and new section BNSS 35 (1)(e) and 106. In the wake of this police raid, there has been an uproar among shopkeepers selling goods without bills.
