Nadiad: Kanbha police have arrested five members of a cattle stealing gang in Mehmedabad taluk. Five men from Dholka confessed to the police that they had stolen 17 cattle from 4 villages. Kanbha police busted a gang of five cattle thieves living in Dholaka of Ahmedabad district. In whose interrogation, the gang confessed to stealing cattle from different villages of Mehmedavad taluka. In which, two buffaloes of Kalabhai Babarbhai Sodha, one buffalo of Chimanbhai Mohanbhai Sodha and one buffalo of Jivanbhai Punambhai Sodha living in Big Timli area of ​​Mehmedavad taluka were found and 4 cattle worth Rs.60 thousand were stolen. Apart from this, three buffaloes of Majid Khan Ahmed Khan Pathan living in Jinjar Nawa Ghara, two cattle of Nasir Hasumiya Malek and two padi of Aladinmia Malek were found and a total of 7 cattle worth Rs.75,000 were stolen. When two buffaloes belonging to Khodbhai Punjabhai Chauhan and one buffalo belonging to Pankajbhai Mohanbhai Chauhan living in Ratanpur Saraswani were found, 3 cattle worth Rs.45,000 were stolen by smugglers. Apart from this, one buffalo belonging to Vinubhai Vajabhai Solanki living in Rudan and two buffaloes belonging to Kamleshbhai Rajendrabhai Parmar living in Jaria were found and a total of three cattle worth Rs.45,000 were stolen. Regarding these four incidents, the Mehmedabad police registered a case against Sarfaraj alias Safu Ayyub Noor Mohammad Qureshi, Mosin Hussainsha Fakhri, Ejaj alias Gatu Mohammad Ismail Qureshi, Javed alias Jalo and Muzaffar alias Mujun Ayubmian Qureshi all (resident of Dholka) and took legal action.
