Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation: Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation has taken major action on construction without permission from the municipal system. AMC stopped the construction of a flat scheme named Neha Flat on Sonal Cinema Road in Sarkhej without permission. Apart from this, the construction of 27 units was stopped.

According to the information, a residential scheme named Neha Flat was constructed without permission on Sonal Cinema Road in Sarkhej, Ahmedabad. Due to which this unauthorized construction was stopped by the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. AMC stopped this unauthorized construction and demolished the 27-unit construction with heavy police presence. Further, necessary action was taken and it was sealed.

It is worth mentioning that, in 2020, this construction was demolished and made unusable. But recently it came to the notice of the Corporation that construction activity has resumed at this place. So action was taken to seal the property and prevent further construction.
