Gandhinagar : A bogus power of attorney and bogus was created to grab 25 bigha of land worth crores of rupees from a farmer of Raipur village in Gandhinagar taluk. In this matter, a case has been filed against the land mafia by the Dabhoda police after a complaint was made in the seat of the collector’s office. The terror of the land mafia is increasing in Gandhinagar district. At that time, it has been revealed that there was a plan to grab the land of farmers worth crores in Raipur with bogus power of attorney. According to the available information, 25 Bigha land is located in the ancestral land of Kantiji Shakakji Solanki, who lives in Raipur village. In the year 2015, his father Shakakji Solanki was treated in a private hospital for paralysis, since then he was bedridden. Kantiji filed the inheritance in her name in July 2020 during her lifetime. Later his father died at the age of 80. Then, one and a half years ago, in June 2023, Kantiji’s Banavi sent the documents through WhatsApp that the power of attorney agreement for the land had been executed. After copying more documents, it was found that the general power of attorney agreement and execution was executed by Alkesh Bhemadesai, his father, in 2020. In lieu of which, there were also details that 9 lakh cash was paid piece by piece as well as other checks totaling 11 lakh rupees. So Kantiji checked her father’s bank account and found that no money was deposited. Later, looking at the detailed power of attorney agreement, there was a photo of her father wearing a suit and thumbprints instead of signature. In fact, Shakakji never wore a shoot and even though he knew how to sign, he had his thumbprints. So in this matter, Kantiji complained before the collector seat, after which a case was filed against Alkesh Desai in Dabhoda police.
