Sola Science CT Road in Ahmedabad. Ghanshyamsingh Vaghela’s partner Dilip Patel, who lives on, has a land-sale office in Vatwa. Suresh Ghori and Lalji Dhola from Surat came to his office in December 2023. He told Ghanshyam Singh that both of them were doing land-selling work in Surat. Vadtal Swaminarayan Sansthan needs 500 to 700 bighas of land to build a magnificent temple and cowshed like Poicha. But sadhus do not buy land directly from farmers. So if you invest you will benefit. For this, Dev Prakash aka D.P. at Anand’s Chikhodara. Ghanshyamsingh Vaghela’s partner Dilip Patel went to Anand with two persons from Surat. Where he met Dev Prakash Swami, Madhavapriya Swami, Vijay Prakash Swami and Jai Krishna Swami. He said, ‘We are disciples of Nautham Swami of Vadtal Swaminarayan sect. We have to build a big temple cowshed in Limb and Mathasuriya village near Baid. If you buy Jermin and give it to us, a donation of 5 crore rupees will come from Dubai. The organization will take land from you and build a temple by giving it to you.’ Ghanshyam Singh was convinced by these words. He signed an agreement to purchase land from Bhupendra Patel of Dehgam and Vijaysinh Chauhan of Baid and paid Rs 1.11 crore.

Surat’s Suresh Ghori and Lalji Dhola said that. ‘If you show the agreement, then Swami will give you 5 crore rupees in cash. whose land you should buy.’ Meanwhile, minting D.P. Swamy and V.P. On 13th February D.P. Swami, Lalji and Suresh called Ghanshyam Singh and made him meet with a woman and two other persons. These two persons identified themselves as donors of 5 crores. But Ghanshyam Singh suspected that he was a Muslim. At that time, Swami said, ‘In the land deal, a temple will be prepared on 250 bighas of land and a lithium battery plant will be prepared on the remaining 250 bighas of land.’ Meanwhile, Lalji and Suresh said, ‘The amount of donation will come from the RBI process. First one crore is to be given to the farmers. But since Ghanshyam Singh did not have the arrangement, he gave only 25 lakh rupees.

When the action of the Swamis was suspicious, he investigated and found that Vijaysinh Chauhan and Bhupendra Patel had not bought land from any farmers and were only working in a gang with Sadhu to extort money.
