Presently BJP MLAs are in bad condition. Even after presenting the various issues of the constituency, there is no solution. Due to this reason MLA himself is saying that it has become difficult to go among people. In Kutch, after 350 employees were suddenly dismissed from the thermal plant, Abdasa BJP MLA Pradyumansingh Jadeja submitted to the Governor, because the Chief Minister is fine, even the ministers are not taking the MLA’s submission seriously. Around 350 employees have been suddenly laid off at the GMDC-run ATPS thermal plant located at Kher Nani village in Lakhpat area of Kutch. Most of the employees were laid off without notice even though they had been employed for a long time. Being a border area, the job is the only employment for the locals. 350 employees have been protesting for the past 20 days by taking away their jobs. However, no solution has been found yet. No official has yet visited the protest site.

BJP MLA complains to Governor:
Abdasa BJP MLA Pradyumansinh Jadeja presented the matter to the Minister from the Chief Minister, but the issue could not be resolved. For this reason, BJP MLA Pradyuman Singh Jadeja reached to meet Governor Acharya Devvrat. The MLA said that, ‘You are above the Chief Minister. If you say so, then it will be our job.’ At one stage even the governor was surprised to hear this. From this it is established that there is no one listening to the BJP MLA. Seeing this, the MLA has also started complaining to the Governor. On the one hand, rumors are being spread that Gujaratis will get employment by creating vibrant Gujarat. On the other hand, the daily bread of local people in Kutch is being snatched away. Industries are not ready to employ locals. Even though the rules are being violated, the government is keeping silent. MLA Pradyumansingh Jadeja says, ‘Farming in the border area is not enough. Locals in border villages are dependent on jobs. Now that they have been fired, their employment has been taken away. A situation has arisen where the locals are forced to migrate. In these circumstances, the government should take an urgent decision in this matter and take the locals back to work.’
