The experience begins with comforting bowls of Buttered Edamame Soup infused with truffle oil and the hearty Sea World Soup with seafood and glass noodles, before moving into handcrafted favourites including Wild Mushroom Dim Sum, Charcoal Chicken Dumplings, Prawns & Chives Dim Sum, Crunchy Avocado Roll and the indulgent Rainbow Roll. Inspired by the city’s bustling streets, the menu continues with bold creations such as Chilli Garlic Crispy Vegetables, Crispy Chicken in Sweet Chilli Sauce and Asian Herbs Grilled Fish, followed by signature mains including Assorted Vegetables & Cottage Cheese in Chilli Mustard Sauce and Minced Chicken with Basil.
