Wipro announces an interim dividend of  ₹2 per share

India, 2026: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO), a leading AI-powered technology services and consulting company, announced its financial results under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.   

Highlights of the Results:

  1. Gross revenue at ₹24,480 crore ($2,585 million), increase of 10.6% YoY
  2. IT services segment revenue was at $2614 million, up by 1.0% YoY
  3. Net income for the quarter was at ₹3,360 crore ($354.6 million), up by 0.6% YoY
  4. IT services operating margin at 16.0%, contraction of 1.2% YoY

Wipro today announced that in the quarter ended June 30, 2026, the company has clocked INR 24,480 crore gross revenue and INR 3,360 crore in profit. The IT services operating margin for the quarter was 16% which has decreased by 1.2% on YoY basis.

Srini Pallia, CEO and Managing Director, said, “Clients are moving beyond technology modernization to AI-enabled operating models that improve quality, resilience and productivity. Wipro’s consulting-led, AI-powered approach helps clients embed AI at the core of their business, and these engagements reflect both the breadth of our capabilities and the trust clients place in us as a transformation partner”

The company also announced an interim dividend of ₹2 per share.
