CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED, the leading association of real estate developers in the city, will organise the 20th edition of the GIHED Property Olympiad from January 9 to 11 at the GMDC Ground, Memnagar, Ahmedabad . The exhibition will feature more than 400 projects across multiple segments under one roof for both buyers and investors. Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Bhupendrabhai Patel will inaugurate the Property Olympiad, which has emerged as a key platform for showcasing verified real estate projects in and around Ahmedabad. The upcoming show gains added significance as the city prepares for a new phase of urban and infrastructure-led growth. Shri Rajesh Vaswani, Chairman of CREDAI Ahmedabad, said the 20th GIHED Property Olympiad is being held at a time when Ahmedabad’s real estate sector is witnessing renewed momentum. “Ahmedabad’s selection as the host city for the 2030 Commonwealth Games and its plans to bid for the 2036 Summer Olympics will place the city firmly on the global map. These developments are expected to drive large-scale infrastructure creation, attract significant investments and generate strong demand across residential, commercial and other segments, strengthening Ahmedabad’s long-term economic prospects. The Property Olympiad offers a timely platform for buyers and investors to participate in the city’s growth,” Vaswani said.
