Jindal Group and oneof the leading downstream steel products manufacturers in India, today announced that it has set upadditional colour-coated manufacturing capacity, enabling improved service to the country’s high-end white goods manufacturers. With this move, the company expects a 20 per cent jump in itsrevenue in the current financial year.B C Jindal Group’s Jindal (India) Limited will supply premium coated steel sheets through its Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) channel partners to cater to the requirements of leading whitegoods industry brands, including LG, Whirlpool, and Godrej, to name a few. Jindal (India) Limited’spremium sheet offering will be used in the manufacturing of goods like washing machines, airconditioners, and other home appliances.“This move is in line with our endeavour to establish a strong presence in India’s fast-growing whitegoods market and further strengthen our presence across key industries in the country. In ourpre ium product portfolio, colour-coated steel sheets currently account for around 70% of total salesvolume. We expect this segment’s contribution to increase further, reaching nearly 75% by FY26.
