He hails from an out-of-state and runs a small business in Shimla. A slight altercation took place between the two parties, after which a fight broke out. The accused attacked Vikram Singh with sticks and rods. Due to which Vikram Singh got 14 stitches in his head which was seriously injured. Dhari police arrested six accused in this case, out of which two were minors.
