Sharing his experience of preparing kachoris, Samarth Jurel says, “My culinary skills, or rather my lack of them, are an open secret. I’ve burned sweet dishes, made rolls that are hard as rock, and almost caused an explosion that could’ve made headlines! But when it comes to Indore’s iconic pyaaz ki kachori, I refuse to let my city down. Preparing it was all about representing the flavours, the legacy, and the street food magic of Indore. In the upcoming episode, I’ll be seen putting my heart and soul into this kachori.
