Four years ago today, in 2019, there was a dispute over the CM’s chair in Maharashtra and the two main parties of the state, BJP and Shiv Sena, parted ways. Uddhav Thackeray’s party said that Amit Shah had promised that if he gets power, he will be made the CM of both the parties for two and a half years. However, BJP clearly rejected this claim and said that no such promise was made and naturally only the party with more seats should get power. The conflict on this issue increased so much that Uddhav Thackeray broke away from BJP and formed the government with Congress and NCP. After that, he remained the CM for about two and a half years. However, after four years, such conflicts are being seen again between Shiv Sena and BJP. But now the Shiv Sena has split and instead of Uddhav Thackeray, Eknath Shinde reminds the BJP of its promises. Five years have passed since this election, the Shiv Sena has split into two, in which the Shinde Sena separated from Uddhav Thackeray and formed an alliance with the BJP in the name of Shiv Sena. After that, the assembly elections were held again and its results were also revealed. This time, Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena got 57 seats. However, 132 seats came in the BJP’s account. Now again, the same controversy with these different characters is being seen in Maharashtra politics. Eknath Shinde’s Sena wants the Chief Minister to be his. Party leaders are busy making Eknath Shinde the Chief Minister again and are giving examples from Bihar to Haryana. Not only this, the language of Eknath Shinde’s Shiv Sena has now also become like Uddhav Thackeray’s Shiv Sena of 2019. Four years ago, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut said that BJP had promised that he would become the Chief Minister for two and a half years. Now, like Sanjay Raut, Shinde Sena is also reminding BJP of its promise and alliance religion. Eknath Shinde is also claiming that BJP had promised that if it gets power, the Chief Minister will be from Shiv Sena. Shinde Sena president says that meetings were held after the crushing defeat in the Lok Sabha elections. In this meeting, it was decided that if the government is formed, Eknath Shinde will be made the Chief Minister regardless of who gets how many seats. Also, responding to BJP, he said that a meeting was held in Mumbai in the presence of Amit Shah. In this meeting, it was said that if the grand alliance gets a majority, the decision on the Chief Minister will be taken by the BJP Parliamentary Board, NCP and Shiv Sena. Yes, the elections will be fought under the leadership of Eknath Shinde. However, the decision of the Chief Minister will be taken after the elections. The BJP leader said that it was decided that the decision would be taken later, nothing was decided beforehand.
