Today, the crowd in Mahakumbh is less compared to Monday-Tuesday. The situation is similar at Sangam Noj. There is no long jam at the 7 entry points made for entering Prayagraj city. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will come to Mahakumbh today. She can bathe in Sangam and worship Ganga. On Wednesday morning, former Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi’s wife Seema Naqvi took a dip in Sangam. Till 10 am, 49.02 lakh devotees have bathed in Sangam. Now only 7 days are left for the Mahakumbh to end. A total of 55.56 crore devotees have bathed in 38 days. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Union Minister Giriraj Singh and ministers from many states will reach the Maha Kumbh today. A rumor is being spread on social media that the government has extended the Maha Kumbh Mela till March keeping in mind the crowd. Regarding this, Prayagraj DM Ravindra Mandar said – Do not pay attention to rumors. The schedule of the Maha Kumbh Mela is announced according to the Muhurat and is decided in advance. The Maha Kumbh will conclude on February 26. On Tuesday night, there was a heavy traffic jam from the city to the highway. The roads of the city were crowded with devotees.
