New Delhi. Upon assuming the role of Chairman of IFFCO Tokio, Shri Dileep Sanghani received a warm welcome from the IFFCO Tokio family during his first visit to the headquarters. On this occasion, IFFCO’s Managing Director Shri K. J. Patel, IFFCO Tokio’s Managing Director Shri Subrata Mondal, IFFCO’s Director (Human Resources & Law) Shri Ramesh Kumar, along with other officials and employees, extended a hearty greeting. During his visit, Shri Sanghani conducted one-on-one meetings with senior officials of IFFCO Tokio to thoroughly review various works and held in-depth discussions on the organization’s functioning, challenges, and opportunities. He laid special emphasis on enhancing efficiency, strengthening customer service, and adopting technological innovations. Thereafter, he interacted with employees, engaging in detailed discussions on IFFCO Tokio’s progress, work style, and future plans. During this time, he attentively listened to the employees’ suggestions and described them as extremely important for the organization’s continuous improvement.In his address, Shri Sanghani stated that the success of IFFCO Tokio fundamentally rests on its employees. Their commitment, integrity, and dedication propel the organization to new heights. He urged everyone to work with teamwork, transparency, and a positive approach. He further emphasized that in the changing times and era of increasing competition, embracing innovation, digital empowerment, and a customer-centric mindset is essential to make the company’s services more effective and reliable. The premises were filled with enthusiasm and positive energy on this occasion. Employees described the Chairman’s guidance as inspirational and expressed confidence in fully contributing to the organization’s progress. At the end of the program, everyone collectively resolved to ensure the institute’s continuous progress and success. This visit proved to be inspirational, morale-boosting, and guiding for the organization. At the end of the meeting, the officials of IFFCO Tokio stated that in their careers, they had seen and experienced for the first time that the Chairman of an organization holds one-on-one meetings with each officer and employee, and everyone expressed their happiness about it. On this occasion, IFFCO’s Managing Director Shri K. J. Patel, IFFCO Tokio’s Managing Director Shri Subrata Mondal, IFFCO’s Director (Human Resources & Law) Shri Ramesh Kumar, and IFFCO Tokio’s Executive Director Shri Fujimoto, along with other senior officials, were present.
