Jerai Fitness Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ Jerai Fitness ” ) , an Indian fitness equipment manufacturing and trading company with over three decades of experience, has announced a unique and long-term partnership with Reebok. Under this partnership, Reebok branded gym equipment will be manufactured and distributed in India as well as in neighboring countries Sri Lanka , Bangladesh and Nepal. Jerai Fitness will make Reebok branded gym equipment available from April 1 , 2026 .
This partnership will combine Jerai Fitness’ manufacturing facility with fully automated technology and Reebok’s global legacy to redefine the fitness ecosystem in the country.

The collaboration will introduce a broad commercial product range across two series , including products in segments such as cardio , free weights and high-end home use equipment. Jerai Fitness adheres to internationally recognized standards and certifications to ensure the quality of its products , such as ISO 9001:2015 ( Quality Management System) , ISO 14001:2015 ( Environmental Management System) , ISO 45001:2018 ( Occupational Health and Safety Management System) as well as American Society for Testing and Materials ( ASTM) certification through Global Testing Services Company Limited.
In addition , Jerai Fitness has also been certified by the International Productivity and Quality Council ( IPQC) for compliance with EN ISO 20957-1:2013, EN 957-2:2003 and EN 957-4:2006 standards , which are European safety standards for stationary training equipment.
Reebok branded gym equipment incorporates advanced manufacturing capabilities and innovation , which is made possible by Jerai Fitness’ fully automated production system. These systems ensure precision , quality and technology-driven manufacturing , enabling it to meet growing demand , maintain competitive pricing and deliver products that meet international standards. Jerai Fitness’ manufacturing facility has a fully automated production process and also has dedicated storage infrastructure for storing raw materials , components and finished products , which supports effective inventory management and streamlined production flow. As of August 31 , 2025 , the manufacturing facility had an annual installed capacity of 21,000 fitness equipment.
This equipment will be made available through Jerai Fitness showrooms across India and Jerai Fitness’ official websites.
