
Ahmedabad: Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel inaugurated the 20th GIHED Property Olympiad, organised by CREDAI Ahmedabad GIHED, on Thursday. The exhibition, featuring more than 400 projects across multiple segments, is taking place at the GMDC Ground and will remain open to the public from January 9 to 11.
Forest and Environment Minister Arjun Modhwadia. Also present were Hon’ble Mayor of Ahmedabad Mayor Pratibha Jain, Shekhar Patel, National President of CREDAI, and Jaxay Shah, Chairman of Quality Council of India, were also present at the inauguration.
The GIHED Property Olympiad has emerged as a key platform for showcasing verified real estate projects in and around the city, and has come to symbolise progress, innovation and excellence in one of India’s fastest-developing cities.
Addressing the gathering, Chief Minister Bhupendrabhai Patel, emphasised the key role of the real estate sector in Ahmedabad’s growth, and assured continued support of the government.
“Today is a historic day as the Somnath Swabhimaan Parv has begun under Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s leadership. Be it the Somnath Temple or our nation, there have been repeated attempts to weaken us, yet we have always emerged stronger. Our ability to overcome challenges is our greatest strength,” he said.
