She also shared interesting insights on how tea is not just a beverage but can become a mindful indulgence.
Various discussions were held regarding “tea,” such as which tea is suitable for a woman depending on her health, how many times a day it should be consumed, and how tea can be used as a medium to create awareness about women’s health, wellness, and lifestyle while creating a platform for women to learn from one another. The enthusiastic participation of members made the event especially successful.
The organizing team included Anuja Shah (Chairperson), Ami Hapani (Chief Secretary), Ekta Jain (Convener – Shaksham), along with the special support of Rajiv Chhajer (Chairman) and Dr. Jainik Vakil (Chief Secretary) of JITO Ahmedabad Chapter.
