After Operation Sindoor, Prime Minister Narendra Modi is on a two-day visit to Gujarat. This is his first visit to Gujarat after this incident, when a Sindoor Yatra was taken out from Vadodara airport to Milan Party Plot this morning. There was great enthusiasm among the people of Vadodara regarding Prime Minister Modi’s Sindoor Yatra and people welcomed him vigorously. A large crowd of people was seen everywhere on the route of the yatra. After completing the Vadodara Sindoor Yatra, Prime Minister Modi has reached Dahod. There, he inspected the newly built railway manufacturing plant and flagged off an electric locomotive engine. Prime Minister Modi, while addressing in Dahod, said that ‘On this day in 2014, I took oath as PM for the first time. I have given full blessings to the people of Gujarat, I have not left any gap. It is only with your blessings that I am in the service of the countrymen day and night. The country is moving forward in every field today.’ Talking about various schemes in Dahod, Prime Minister Modi said, ‘A few days ago, projects worth thousands of crores of rupees were inaugurated and laid here. The most magnificent of which is the Electric Locomotive Factory in Dahod. 3 years ago, I came to lay its foundation stone, some people have got into the habit of abusing it. They used to say that if elections come, Modi ji will lay the foundation stone of the factory, nothing will happen. They used to say this, but today, after three years, we are all seeing it. The first electric locomotive has been made and ready in this factory. Talking about production, Prime Minister Modi said, ‘Today, we 140 crore Indians are working together to make our country a developed India. Whatever is necessary for the progress of the country, let us make it in India. India is progressing rapidly in the world of production. Today we are exporting things like smart phones to vehicles, toys, military weapons and medicines to countries all over the world. Modern cars are running in India today. A big reason for this is new technology and the young generation of our country. This shows our penance and sacrifice to protect the humanity of Indians in this area. Think about what the terrorists did in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, can India remain silent? Can Modi remain silent? Operation Sindoor is not a military operation. This is an expression of the values of our Indians, our feelings. Those who spread terror would not have even dreamed of how difficult it would be to face Modi. He shot a father in front of his children. Even today, when we see those pictures, our blood boils. This was a challenge for 140 crore Indians, so Modi did what the countrymen entrusted me with as the Prime Minister. Modi ji gave free rein to his three armies and our army did what the world had not seen for many decades. We have identified the nine biggest terror hideouts of the terror going on across the border. We have settled the accounts and in 22 minutes on the night of the 6th, we have destroyed them in the dust. But when the Pakistani army showed courage, our army crushed the Pakistani army. The only goal of Pakistan, which was separated during the partition, is enmity and hatred with India, but India’s goal is to develop itself, eliminate poverty and strengthen the economy. We are working in this direction.
Important points of Prime Minister Modi’s speech:
- A smart city has been built in a tribal district like Dahod, that alone seems new.
- In the last 10-11 years, there has been rapid change in the railways.
- The metro has been expanded, while the semi-high-speed railway is also developing.
- Vande Bharat train is running on about 70 routes in the country.
- I have been fortunate enough to realize the dreams I have had for Dahod today.
