Mumbai: Abhishek Bachchan’s film ‘I Want to Talk’, directed by Shoojit Sircar, was released on Friday, November 22. The film’s earnings in four days have barely reached one and a half crores. But, Amitabh Bachchan has praised his son’s film. When this film was released, its earnings on the first day were barely 50 lakhs. The occupancy of the film in theaters has been recorded at barely five percent, meaning that barely five percent of the chairs in the theater are filled. However, Amitabh has written a long, eloquent blog praising this film and Abhishek’s acting in it. Big B has written on his blog that some films are made for entertainment. So, blockbuster films invite you to make films. But, this invites you to become a film. Abhishek has been a commercially flop actor. Very few of his films have done well at the box office. Even in those, only a few films where he is a solo hero have done well at the box office.
