• The 21st round of counting of votes for the by-election to the Vav assembly seat in Banaskantha has been completed. Congress has got 83,589 votes, BJP has got 82,912 votes and Independent’s Mawji Patel has got 21074 votes. BJP is behind by 727 votes.
• There are 23 rounds of counting, currently the 20th round has been completed. After the 15th round, Congress’s lead is continuously decreasing. BJP has reduced its lead by performing well in the last 5 rounds. At the end of the 20th round, BJP has got 4641 votes, while Congress has got 2528 votes. Now Congress candidate Gulab Singh Rajput is ahead of Congress by 3897 votes.
• As the round of counting progresses, Congress’s lead is getting reduced. At the end of the 19th round, BJP has got 4559 votes, while Congress has got 2336 votes. Now Congress candidate Gulab Singh Rajput is ahead by 6010 votes. At the end of the 19th round, BJP has cut its lead by 2223 votes.
• At the end of the 18th round of counting, BJP has got 4966 votes, while Congress has got 2735. BJP has cut Congress’s lead by 2131 votes. Currently, Congress candidate Gulab Singh Rajput is ahead by 8233 votes.

• The 16th round of vote counting for the Vav assembly seat by-election in Banaskantha has been completed. According to which Congress’s Gulab Singh Rajput has got 70,455 votes, BJP’s Swaroopji Thakor has got 57,888 votes and independent candidate Mawji Patel has got 20,074 votes. Thus, BJP is behind by 12,567 votes.
• The 15th round of vote counting in the Vav by-election has been completed. Congress has got 66, 897 votes, BJP has got 53,312 votes and independent candidate Mavji Patel has got 19,667 votes.
• At the end of the 14th round of counting, Congress has got 63,493 votes. BJP has got 49,391 votes and Mavji Patel has got 18128 votes.
• In the 13th round of counting in the Vav by-election, Congress has got 60, 362 votes, BJP has got 46, 384 votes and independent candidate Mavji Patel has got 15, 927 votes. BJP is trailing by 13,978 votes.
• At the end of the 12th round of counting, Congress has got 55, 451 votes. While BJP has got 42,444 votes and Mavji Patel has got 14548 votes. BJP is still trailing by 13,007 votes.
• The 11th round of vote counting in the Vav by-election has been completed. In which Congress got 51,724 votes, BJP got 38,910 votes and Mawji Patel got 13,583 votes. Currently, BJP is trailing by more than 12 thousand votes.
• The 10th round of vote counting has been completed. In which Congress got 48,253 votes, BJP got 35,846 votes and Independent got 11,956 votes.
• The ninth round of vote counting in the Vav by-election in Banaskantha, Gujarat has also been completed. According to the trends so far, Congress’s Gulabsinh Rajput has got 44,958 votes, BJP’s Swaroopji Thakor has got 31,701 votes and Independent candidate Mawji Patel has got 10,822 votes. Thus, BJP candidate is trailing by more than 13 thousand votes.
