BJP releases star campaigners list for Maharashtra elections: The trumpet of Maharashtra assembly elections has already blown. Then BJP has now tightened its belt for Maharashtra. Congress has announced its list of 23 candidates on Saturday. Now, shortly after that, BJP has announced the list of its star campaigners. BJP has announced the list of 40 star campaigners including PM Modi and Yogi Adityanath.

40 star campaigners including Modi-Yogi

The list includes names of 40 leaders including PM Narendra Modi, Union Minister JP Nadda, Amit Shah, Rajnath Singh, Nitin Gadkari, Shivraj Singh Chauhan, Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath. All these leaders will campaign for the party candidates in the assembly elections and the Nanded Lok Sabha by-election.

Voting in Maharashtra on 20 November

A total of 288 assembly seats in Maharashtra will go to polls on November 20 and counting will take place on November 23. The BJP is part of the ruling Mahayuti coalition. These include the Shiv Sena (Eknath Shinde faction) and Ajit Pawar’s Nationalist Congress Party.
