The court has rejected the anticipatory bail application of a female bank employee in the crime of taking gold jewelery from people and taking loans based on false documents by posing as the gold manager of Canara Bank. The main mastermind, the thug, Vishal Gajjar, identified himself as a gold manager in Canara Bank and Befriended people. The complainant opened an account in the bank and promised to get 30 tolas of gold jewelery from people to meet the gold loan target and return it within five days. But then he was not given jewelery bharat and switched off his mobile. Judge SB Mansuri has rejected the anticipatory bail plea filed by female bank employee Lalita Neerajbhai Goswami (resident of Vaishnav Nagar Jodhpur Rajasthan) to avoid arrest and imprisonment in this crime.
