Mumbai: After the announcement of Border 2, Bharat Shah issued a public notice saying that the case is going on with Dutta Productions for the original film Border and the verdict of this case has not come yet as the dates are falling one after the other. So everyone joins Border Two at their own risk. Nidhi Dutta has given his reaction on this matter.Nidhi Dutta has said that we have won in the court in this case. Hon’ble High Court has every information related to this matter and closed the case in our favor. According to the settlement made by the association, Bharat Shah will first have to pay us the excess. Not only that, even though it has been 27 years, he has not given a single record of any film business till date. Nidhi Dutta further informed that, we have already made it clear before the settlement that we are not going to be responsible for anything they do. He has no stake in Border Two. It is to be noted that the deal to divide the revenue 50-50 percent between JP Dutta and Bharat Shah was already done.
